Organised each year by Launceston Town Council, the Christmas light switch-on is an amazing occasion. The event coincides with both late-night-shopping and the Christmas Tree Festival in St Mary Magdalene. Live music, lantern parade, fun rides and of course, a Christmas Market attracts the throng of festive visitors who attend each year.. It’s a wonderful night!
