The VIC can be approached from either Broad Street or Madford Lane.
The arcade is well lit at all times and is a pedestrian only thoroughfare

Arriving by Car
There is limited blue badge parking on Broad Street in front of the White Hart Hotel (50 metres from the VIC)
Blue badge holders using Cornwall Council car parks will need to register with Cornwall Council to receive free parking
Limited space free parking available in Madford Lane (less than 10 metres from VIC at nearest point)
Multi-storey car parking at Westgate street, Launceston

Outside the VIC
There are low leaflet racks outside the VIC providing a wide variety of visitor information

The entrance to the VIC is via a half glazed door with handles
Staff are always on hand to assist with opening or closing the door for customers
The level entrance with no steps is wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair or a pushchair

Inside the VIC
The ground floor at the VIC has level slate tiles

Public access to any upper rooms is not permissible
The VIC is well lit.
Free tourist leaflets and retail items to purchase are available to browse
There is public transport information
Information can be provided in large print upon request

There is one chair at the rear of the room for customers use, this can easily be moved
Display stands and leaflet stands can be moved to ensure customers have adequate room to access all areas and information
All dogs are welcome
